Dr. Tadeu A. Fantaneanu, also known as Dr. Tad to his patients, is an Assistant Professor with the University of Ottawa and a Clinician Teacher and Associate Neurologist within the Department of Medicine. He completed his undergraduate medical education at McGill University (2009) and adult neurology residency at the University of Ottawa (2014). (English) Blythedale is a Children’s Specialty Hospital that emphasizes rehabilitation of children from 0 – ~ 19 years old. We specialize in the care of medically fragile children with intensive rehabilitation needs. We have cared for more than 25 patients with ANMDAR encephalitis. We also have a very active TBI (traumatic brain injury) program and ventilator weaning program. We have pediatric staffing 24/7 and a day hospital and longer term care program.
