Psychiatry

(English) My immunopsychiatry clinic provides consultations for patients with immune-related psychiatric symptoms. After the appointment we will give you a detailed clinical impression and with recommendations. These recommendations will be provided to your psychiatrist and other providers (neurologist, rheumatologist, or general practitioner). If you do not currently have a psychiatrist and would like ongoing care we can refer you to an appropriate provider. In some cases the clinic will offer time-limited or on-going care in our clinic.

We provide consultations for:

• New psychiatric symptoms that began after initiation of immune therapy
• Autoimmune disease (e.g. multiple sclerosis, systemic lupus erythematous) with suspected secondary psychiatric symptoms
• Residual psychiatric symptoms due to autoimmune encephalitis
• Atypical psychiatric presentations with concern for an immune mediated process
