World Encephalitis Day 2020 Conference Highlights, Dallas, Texas, 21-23 February 2020

We have the great pleasure to share with you some of the highlights of the WED2020 Conference which we helped to organize. We are grateful to Linda Nourse, the Foundation’s representative in Montréal, Québèc, Canada, for representing our organization, as a caregiver for her son who was stricken with anti-NMDA receptor encephalitis.
As Linda says in the video, “If you want to go quickly, go alone, if you want to go far, go together.” That is exactly what we did with this premier event. Six encephalitis charities from around the world, pooled their talents and resources to organize this much needed conference for survivors of encephalitis and their caregivers.
We are grateful to Encephalitis Global, Encephalitis411, The Autoimmune Encephalitis Alliance, The HESA Alliance and the Encephalitis Society for their excellent collaboration.
